Living In Awe

Living in Awe of God can have its ups and downs. The Psalms demonstrate that even for a “man after God’s own heart” there were days when the light of God’s presence shone brightly, and there were nights of tears and incessant pain. But the tears and pain were only punctuation marks in the story of God’s unconditional love and care. God always breaks through the clouds when we throw ourselves on Him. We just must not try to go it alone! We need a team and God must be the Master.
